wvip Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the wvip platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the wvip platform.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through wvip, including but not limited to: sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other listed sports), live casino games, slot games, fishing games, crash games, virtual sports, and any promotional or bonus offers made available by wvip from time to time.

wvip reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. You are advised to review these Terms periodically. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this document.

Applicable Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming law. Any dispute arising from the use of the wvip platform shall be addressed through the dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms, and wvip's decision on all operational matters shall be final.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on wvip, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and of your own free will.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by wvip or any recognised gambling self-exclusion programme.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party when depositing funds or placing wagers.
• You are the sole and rightful owner of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds into your wvip account.
• You have not previously had a wvip account suspended or permanently closed for violations of these Terms.
• You understand and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you wager.

Age Verification

wvip enforces age verification as part of the account registration and ongoing compliance process. Upon registration, you will be required to confirm that you are aged 18 or above. wvip reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including government-issued photo identification such as a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Accounts where age cannot be satisfactorily verified will be suspended pending verification and may be permanently closed. Any funds deposited into an account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be refunded to the original payment method and the account will be terminated immediately.

Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active wvip account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms. wvip reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, forfeit any bonuses claimed, and retain any funds associated with fraudulent multi-account activity.

To access the full range of wvip products and services, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. wvip is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated account details provided by you.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wvip account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. wvip will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify wvip support immediately at [email protected].

Know Your Customer (KYC) Process

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention, wvip may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed appropriate. KYC documentation may include:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad wallet showing the registered mobile number).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by wvip may result in withdrawal delays, account suspension, or account closure. wvip handles all KYC documentation in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

wvip processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. wvip does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposits are typically credited to your wvip balance within 30 to 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. wvip does not charge fees for processing deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where wvip expressly permits otherwise for account management purposes. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to completion of the KYC verification process. wvip aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any ongoing verification requirements.

Bonus Funds and Wagering Requirements

If you hold active bonus funds in your wvip account, specific wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be converted into withdrawable cash. Full details of wagering requirements are set out in the relevant bonus Terms & Conditions applicable to each promotion. Attempting to withdraw funds before satisfying applicable wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

wvip offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal specials tied to events such as the BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL season, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific Terms & Conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. wvip reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are intended for recreational players only and may not be used in conjunction with professional, systematic, or arbitrage betting strategies.
• Each player is entitled to claim each type of bonus offer once unless explicitly stated as a recurring promotion.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• wvip reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses already credited to active accounts in good standing.
• The misuse of bonuses — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, collusion between players, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

Wagering Requirement Calculation

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific offer) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means ৳10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal is permitted. The specific multiplier for each promotion is stated in the relevant offer's Terms & Conditions.

All bets placed on the wvip sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. All casino games, slot games, and fishing games are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). By participating in any game or placing any bet on wvip, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable game or sport-specific rules.

Sportsbook Rules

• All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• wvip reserves the right to void bets in the event of a clear pricing error, technical fault, or the use of information that was not publicly available at the time the bet was placed.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. wvip is not liable for bets not placed due to a market suspension.
• Cricket match results — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., BCB, ICC).
• Abandoned matches and events are settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules, which are available on the wvip platform at the time of the event.

Casino and Slot Games

All casino games available on wvip are powered by certified third-party providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems have been independently tested and verified for fairness. wvip does not modify the RNG output of any game. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is provided by the relevant game provider and is available within the game's information panel. Results of all games are final and cannot be reversed once a round has concluded.

Maximum Payout Limits

wvip imposes maximum single-bet payout limits which vary by sport, market, and game type. Where a single winning bet or series of related bets exceeds the applicable maximum payout limit, wvip reserves the right to restrict the payout to the published maximum. Players are advised to consult the applicable maximum payout limits before placing large wagers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wvip platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity, for any purpose including bonus abuse or circumventing account restrictions.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information at registration, during KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with wvip.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic or collusive play, reverse bonus engineering, or any strategy designed to extract value from bonus offers while circumventing the spirit of the promotion's Terms.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on the platform. wvip reserves the right to pursue recovery of charged-back funds through all available legal means.
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets using information that is not available to the general public or that relates to the manipulation of sporting events.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or sporting market.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written approval from wvip.
• Money laundering: Using the wvip platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their illicit origin. wvip is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.

wvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of platform systems.
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
• Account inactivity (as defined by wvip's dormant account policy, detailed below).
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. wvip reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to accounts that have been dormant for more than 12 months, deducted from the remaining account balance. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees commence. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period may be closed without further notice.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your wvip account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, wvip will process any remaining withdrawable balance to your verified payment method before closing the account. Accounts closed at a player's request may be reopened upon written request, subject to re-verification, unless the closure was initiated as part of a self-exclusion programme, in which case the exclusion period must be honoured in full before reopening is considered.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wvip's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wvip account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wvip shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of business, contracts, or commercial opportunities.
• Loss resulting from the interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of platform services.
• Loss resulting from delays, errors, or failures in internet connectivity or third-party payment provider infrastructure.
• Loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature.

Platform Availability

wvip does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond wvip's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, DDoS attacks, or natural disasters) may result in temporary platform unavailability. wvip will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable. No compensation or credit will be payable for losses arising from temporary platform unavailability.

wvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the wvip platform, unless a specific future effective date is stated. Where changes are material — for example, changes affecting withdrawal rights, bonus conditions, or age verification requirements — wvip will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to ensure that you remain aware of the current version. Your continued use of the wvip platform after the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a revised version of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, lawful, and enforceable. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus Terms & Conditions published on the wvip platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and wvip in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
